Proposed Phase One Project
Based on the size and needs of our District and community, we feel it would be best to operate as a one-campus district. This would allow us to create operational and staffing efficiencies that would in turn benefit students, staff, and the community. Community survey feedback has shown us that our long-range master plan would be best conducted over multiple phases.
Phase one of the long-range master plan includes moving grades 4-5 to the Middle-High School, allowing Rock to close as a school. This move will require that we add classroom space and gym space. The gym space is being planned to meet our long-term school and community needs.
Preliminary Conceptual Site Plan
Thank you to the staff, Facility Advisory Committee, and community who shared feedback that helped us create the first phase of our long-range master plan. This plan focuses on our highest-priority needs, while keeping in mind our long-term vision.
Preliminary Design & Construction Schedule
Throughout planning, our design and construction partners created conceptual plans and budgets. After a successful referendum, the full design process will proceed with staff feedback being a priority. The bidding process will encourage local participation, and construction will be complete prior to the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
